About the evening
Starting at 7:30, this was our club's annual prize giving and social event with trophies and prizes for various categories in different age groups. There was food, a quiz and 'guess the sweets in the jar' as well as presentations to trophy winners.
Awards were decided by the committee as advised mainly by coaches; a very difficult task every year. Though most awards come from competing for the club in the last year, performances in competition were only one part of the decision. All club members are eligible for an award, but please don't be too disappointed if you were not one of them this time - there's always next year!
